We understand things happen, mistakes are made when ordering, ect... If we are given enough notice before your item is about to ship we "may" be able to cancel your order. If your item is about to ship, we may not cancel your order / we may not even see your inquiry requesting cancellation before it is sent out. All request for cancellation are subject to approval by our customer service team. We hold the right to refuse any refund request.
We try to respond to inquiries every 1-2 business days, we are not guaranteed to respond to inquiries over the weekend However, customer service is one of our top priorities and we will always do our best to work with our customers, however as with most custom motorcycle shops we are are "NON-REFUNDABLE."
REFUNDS:
Please be aware there are no refunds on our parts. Our Parts are NON-RETURNABLE once order is shipped due to the custom made to order processes involved. If you received approval for a refund from out team it may take 2-5 business days for you to see the refund in your account.
Updating an Existing Order:
If you want to update an order for any reason - edit existing information or add or remove products - please reach out to our customer support team at twinstunts@gmail.com with your order number and issue. We will do our very best to solve any errors or mistakes in a timely manner. Please do not create a separate order, this could result in miscommunication or mishandling of your order. We will follow up via email with a solution to your problem.
